THE FINAL FACTS DEADLINE FOR FILING AN APPLICATION
FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR 2018 – 2019 IS
MARCH 31, 2018.
Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the
necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by March 31,
2018. Families applying after this date will be considered only if funding is available.
Applicants can apply online by clicking the FACTS link at
www.presentationbvmschool.org. Once an online application has been completed, the
following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
• Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child
Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
• Please have with you: knowledge of your electric and water bill costs, credit card
debt, mortgage amount and property tax information and student loan
information. You will also need a debit or credit card fee to pay the $30
application fee to FACTS for the application.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.
Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below.
